If you stay in Indiana, you will still have access to the digital INSPIRE resources (as long as the state continues to fund INSPIRE).

A library card from your local library (from wherever you live) will give you access to many resources. State-funded public universities usually allow residents of the state to use their resources within the library after signing up for a temporary library card.

Regardless of where you are, you will have access to the government version of the ERIC database.  You will still be able to access the Butler LibGuides and any of the content that is not limited to current Butler students and employees.

If you are based in or near Indianapolis, you are welcome to come in and peruse the physical items in Butler Libraries when they are open to the public. Items may be checked out via the interlibrary loan process of their local public library.

Butler Libraries encourages alumni to use the resources and services of their local public library.  With a patron account, public libraries provide access to online databases off-site, interlibrary loan services, and print collections.  Due to licensing restrictions, off site access to Butler’s subscription databases is not available to alumni and Butler’s interlibrary loan service does not extend to alumni. Interlibrary loan for alumni is handled through their local public library.
