Some faculty have links in their course to videos that we used to store on a streaming server called Brightcove. Butler no longer uses Brightcove but some faculty may still be using old links to these videos. They may not even be aware that the video was stored on Brightcove.
If a faculty member contacts you about a link to a video in their course that is not working do the following:
- Find out what the name of the video is
- Find out when they need to have it accessible to their course
- Get the course number, instructors name and contact info
Pass this information along via email to email@example.com.
Let them know that we will get back to them as soon as we can.
