The TeachingBooks.net database can be accessed in multiple ways: linked here or via the Databases A-Z list, the Education Databases list and Education Databases LibGuide, the Children’s and Young Adult Literature LibGuide, and the Curriculum Resources LibGuide. The databases are available in the Database A to Z listing on the Library website:  https://www.butler.edu/library/find/articles-databases/a-z/. LibGuides also are accessed through the library web site: https://libguides.butler.edu/

For TeachingBooks.net you will need to indicate that you are affiliated with an Indiana Teacher Education Institution as shown below.

 

 

  • Before clicking on Continue, be sure to select Indiana Teacher Education Institution

 

  • Then enter Butler University for your university and click on the name that shows up in the space below the box where you entered the name of the university (or use See a complete list and select Butler University)

 

  • Then click the Submit button
