Check WorldCat Discovery to make sure that we don't have the same e-book since some of our electronic titles are acquired as a consortium of Indianapolis libraries.  Libraries buy individual e-book titles as well, and they are only accessible to the students and staff associated with that library.  If the school is public or allows public patron access, you may be able to visit their campus, ask for guest access to their computers, and access the e-book on site.

If the ebook is also available as a print book in WorldCat Discovery, it may be possible to request the printed version via InterLibrary Loan.
