Public restrooms are located on B, 2 and 3. The easiest one to get to from the main floor is downstairs and directly across from the stairway. They are located in the same area on the 2nd and 3rd floors as well. Handicap accessible and gender neutral restrooms are located on the 2nd floor and in the basement, directly next to the elevator.
