Reservations can be made via the EMS system.  Log into your my.butler account. On the right side of the home page, there should be a section titled "Calendar & Event Scheduling". Go to this section and click on 'Schedule a Room'. A new tab will open with the title 'Virtual EMS'. Click on reservations and then 'Study Space Request' for study purposes or 'Student Org Event Request' for club purposes. You will be brought to a page where you will be able to specify the building, date, and time. Note that Student Org Event Requests have more building options. Once you specify the date and time, you will be able to look at the available rooms for that time. Click the plus sign next to the room you wish to reserve, then click continue. You will be prompted to enter in the details about your reservation. Once entering these, you can submit your reservation.
